Segovia's Custom Painting provides interior and exterior painting, drywall and stucco repair, wood refinishing, and pressure washing services in Palm Desert, California, and surrounding areas. Our services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided by Segovia's Custom Painting are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
Upon acceptance of an estimate, a contract will be provided outlining the scope of work, materials, payment terms, and project timeline.
Changes to the scope of work after contract signing may result in additional charges and adjustments to the project timeline.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the contract.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept all major credit cards.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing access to the work site and ensuring a safe working environment.
Customers must remove or protect valuable items and furniture from the work area.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the work to be performed.

6. Warranty

Segovia's Custom Painting provides a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of project completion.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by customer negligence, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Segovia's Custom Painting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services provided.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law
